I'm Nini Nguyen, currently studying at Swinburne University in Melbourne. As a graphic designer, I have gained valuable experience across various areas, including motion design, illustration, photography, and brand identity projects. I’m deeply passionate about exploring new techniques and continuously expanding my skill set in the graphic design industry.

Branding and Identity

The rebranding project focuses on refreshing the logo, color palette, and enhancing brand values for consumers.

Inforgraphic Design

An informational motion graphics video for the Australian Department of Livestock Statistics.

Peter MacCallum Project

A motion graphics video that guided food services staff on using a poster for food delivery and following the Patient Identification Process.

Commercial Motion Graphic

A commercial video for Peri Pera lipstick that highlights product festures by utilising bubble effects and gentle movements.

Karl Gerstner Brochure

I designed a brochure showcasing the work of renowned Swiss designer Karl Gerstner. Inspired by his minimalist aesthetic, the design emphasises clean, sans-serif typography and a harmonious composition of simple, intuitive shapes.

Acknowledgement of Country

Guided by the principles of respect, reconciliation, and reciprocity we undertake to indigenising and decolonising design practice by dismantling colonial structures and challenging biases that have marginalised Indigenous voices and design.

As students of SoDA you will be given opportunities to both engage with and educate yourself in Indigenous creative practices and cultural protocols through a lens of inclusivity, diversity, respect, mutual understanding, inter-cultural dialogue in all aspects of design practice. Indigenous people have been telling stories, making tools, and connecting to Country through visual media, placemaking and place marking for more than 60,000 years and these practices are part of an ongoing, evolving and live tradition.
