I am constantly exploring new creative directions, from mainstream design to experimental work. I particularly enjoy age-friendly design and automotive-related projects, as they align closely with my personal aspirations.

I warmly invite you to join me in discovering the charm of design.

VAS Performance

This is a poster made for VAS Performance. It is an auto repair shop located in Clayton, Victoria. Owned by Xiaolun Ma, a senior technician with 13 years of experience at Volkswagen, it specializes in servicing and modifying vehicles from the VAG (Volkswagen Auto Group) lineup.

Starting this venture independently, Xiaolun aims to build more than just a workshop—VAS Performance is envisioned as a hub for car repairs, performance upgrades, and automotive culture.

Smash the Pain

This design is for the non-commercial wall print which will be displayed on the TD building’s studay room.

The goal is to spread the feelings of agianst with the bad emotions in students’ mind, using the collage way is a better solution as the interpretations of students' psychological state.

Victoria Single's Day

This is an integrated campaign featuring main posters, web design and publication design for a festival I curated at Melbourne's Luna Park, launching on November 11, 2024. The event celebrates an emerging Chinese tradition where the date "11.11" – with its four standalone digits symbolizing singleness – becomes a carnivalesque tribute to unattached living.

A vibrant collage aesthetic visually merges divergent lifestyles, with layered textures representing Melbourne's multicultural fabric. The visual system allows customized iterations --introvert editions feature muted tones with solitary motifs, while extrovert versions explode with connective patterns.

Voltra SC01

Small Sports Car SC01 – the first electric track-focused sports car created by Gongjiang Pai, a boutique automotive modification workshop. The shown car is the first and the only made by this brand at moment. The poster used blue and silver as the main color to spread out the feelings of technology, the main sale points are located underneath.

The Shanghai Female's Paradox

This is an excellent example of publication design, created for Lili Lin's cultural study Blurring Life and Work: The Predicament of Young Middle-Class Women in Shanghai. The study focuses on the struggles and challenges faced by contemporary middle-class working women in Shanghai.

For the visual language, I incorporated imagery created by Chinese artists from the 1940s–1960s—a period marking the early years of New China. The use of red and yellow, colors derived from the Chinese national flag, evokes associations with China's socialist and communist legacy. This intentional contrast enhances the reader's engagement with the subject matter.
